Before accepting
You can decline the proposed order during the confirmation call. If an order was accepted, contact the seller using the details provided during that call.
Damaged or incorrect item
Keep the order reference, packaging and proof of delivery, and contact the seller promptly. Share only the information needed to resolve the issue.
Return process
You may request a return within 15 calendar days of receiving the product by writing to contact@bionica.org.mx with the product, order reference and delivery date. The site forwards the request to the seller, who supplies return instructions and the address. The buyer pays return shipping; the seller refunds the order after receiving the returned product. The publisher’s postal address is not a return address.
Mandatory rights
Nothing on this site removes consumer rights that apply in your country.
