Terms of use and sale.
The role of this catalogue and the telephone order process.
Publisher and seller
DUSSETIER EI publishes JOINTSpicks.com and forwards contact requests. The publisher is not identified as the seller of the products and does not collect payment. The supplier handling an offer must identify itself and communicate its own sales terms before you accept an order.
Products and prices
Each country catalogue displays information for its selected offers. The displayed price is a recorded supplier price, subject to confirmation. Availability, delivery coverage and the final total are confirmed during the call. Delivery is free.
Contact request
Submitting a contact form asks for a telephone call. It does not create a purchase, reservation or payment obligation. The supplier confirms the product, quantity, delivery address and final amount before you choose whether to order.
Returns and rights
You may request a return within 15 calendar days of receiving the product. The buyer pays the return shipping cost; the seller refunds the order after receiving the returned product. Mandatory consumer rights under the applicable law remain in force.
Contact
